There is no perfect model for “Effective Pedagogy”, yet every institute is obliged to reach a position on what constitutes good practice. Each student of the Institute is motivated to take the ownership of his or her learning and reflect on the learning process. To ensure effective learning, the Institute uses a mix of pedagogy such as case study, simulation, discussions, presentations, role plays, project work, etc. in addition to the traditional lecture method to make teaching-learning process more experiential and participate.

With a view to supplementing formal learning in the class, industrial visits, project work, workshops, interaction with experts from various areas & guided journal writing are systematically planned by the college. Wherever possible, these activities are made integral to evaluation.

The Institute believes in serious academic pursuit and encourages original and innovative thinking with regard to national and internationally relevant ideas, policies through intellectually stimulating debates and discussions at all levels. It hosts fully equipped classrooms where focused discussions, interactive study sessions, role plays, presentations, case studies and strategy implementation sessions are held as part of innovative teaching.
